This policy explains what information Coralstone Web (“we,” “us,” or “I”) collects through sitesbyshawn.com, how it’s used, and the choices you have. Coralstone Web is run by Shawn in South Florida.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact form: your name, business name, phone number, email address, your message, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.
• Calendar bookings: when you book a call, the scheduling tool collects your name, email, phone number, the time you picked, and any answers you give on the booking form.
• Emails, calls and texts you send us.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages you visit, how you got to the site, and the date and time of your visit. This is done with cookies, pixels and similar tools (see “Cookies, analytics and the Meta pixel” below).

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule and hold calls with you.
• To provide, manage and bill for services if you become a client.
• To send text messages you have agreed to receive (see “Text messaging” below).
• To understand how people use the site and to measure and improve our advertising.
• To protect the site against spam, fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you check the box on our contact form or otherwise opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Coralstone Web about your inquiry, such as replies to your questions, appointment confirmations and reminders. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying anything.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You’ll get one message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed, and no more texts after that unless you opt in again.
• For help, reply HELP or contact us using the details below.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We use a texting platform to send messages on our behalf. It may only use your number to deliver our messages to you.

Cookies, analytics and the Meta pixel

We use the Meta pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). It uses cookies and similar technology to tell Meta when you visit the site or take actions like submitting a form. This helps us measure our ads and show ads to people who may be interested. Meta’s use of this data is covered by Meta’s own privacy policy.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers who help us run the business, such as our CRM, forms, calendar and texting platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), our website host (Cloudflare), and Meta for ad measurement. They may only use it to provide services to us.
• If required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
• As part of a sale or transfer of the business, if that ever happens.

In all cases, mobile information and text messaging opt-in data are handled as described in the “Text messaging” section above.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as needed for the purposes above, for as long as you’re a client, and as required for legal, tax and accounting reasons. Then we delete it or make it anonymous.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No website or online service is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to stop text messages at any time.
• Ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us.
• Use your browser and Meta account settings to control cookies and ads.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Other websites

The site may link to other websites. We’re not responsible for their privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above.
